If you are performing electricity upgrades or work around your property, such as tree trimming, installing an EV charging station, or performing maintenance on customer-owned equipment, we will disconnect and reconnect your electricity for free during normal business hours.

We require 72 hours' notice in order to schedule your temporary disconnect.

Please email or call our Customer Care Team at least 72 hours in advance of the temporary disconnection to make these arrangements.
