Payment Assistance
We want to work with customers who need flexible payment plans to help them get back on track with paying their bills. Please call or email our Customer Care Team to talk about your account balance and find out what other programs may be available, ahead of disconnections resuming on May 6, 2021.
We encourage customers to be prepared in case they are unable to pick up mail due to self-isolation, illness, or if there is a delay in postal service. Paperless Billing and/or Pre-Authorized Payments are proactive and convenient options to help customers stay on track with monthly bills. Sign up today!
Electricity Support Programs
Electricity Support Programs are available to customers that may need help managing electricity costs.
- UPDATED! COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) for eligible residential customers, provides a one-time on-bill credit.
- UPDATED! COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program (CEAP-SB) for eligible small businesses and registered charities, provides a one-time on-bill credit.
- COVID-19 Energy Cost Rebate Grants Available for business customers that were required to shut down or restrict services due to provincial health measures
- The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), which provides emergency financial relief to eligible low-income customers to avoid having their service disconnected.
- The Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP), which enables eligible low-income customers to receive a fixed monthly credit on their electricity bills.
