Paying in Person at Your Bank
It can take 3-4 business days for your bank payment to reach us. Please take this into account when you are planning your payments. You can contact us when you've made a bank payment so that we know a payment has been made at your bank.
Paying Through Phone or Online Banking
If you are paying your bill online through your financial institution, please select GrandBridge Energy (Energy+) as the bill payee and use your account information to make payments.
It's fast and available 24 hours a day, without ever leaving your home. When you pay through the phone or online it can still take 3-4 business days for us to receive your payment from the bank, so be sure to allow enough time to make your payment by the due date.

Note: When you sign up for a payment by phone or online banking service, you will be asked to enter your 10-digit account number (without the dash). You can find your account number in the top right hand corner of your last hydro bill. Select GrandBridge Energy (Energy+) as the bill payee and use your account information to make payments.
Moving In/Out?
If you pay your hydro bill online at the bank or by telephone banking, please update your bank with your new hydro account when you get your first bill at the new address.
