We encourage you to call us if you are having any difficulty and we can discuss Payment Assistance Options.

Here are the many different ways you can pay your bill.

 Automatic Payment Plan

Our Automatic Payment Plan (APP) is a convenient, worry-free and secure way to pay your electricity bill, on time, every time - even if you are busy or away. Save time, postage costs and cheque processing fees.

Your monthly payment will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account. To sign up, please complete the Automatic Payment Plan form.

There are two Automatic Payment Plans to choose from:

  1. Basic Payment Plan Option.

This option is available to both residential and business customers.

Your bill will be sent to you as usual, about 2 weeks before it's due. On the due date, the net amount will automatically be deducted from your bank account. You know in advance the exact amount and when it will be paid.

  2. Equal Payment Plan (EPP) Option.

This option is available to residential customers and small business customers with some exceptions.

EPP gives you a way to level out your utility bills by budgeting for an equal payment amount each month. A fixed, agreed upon amount is automatically deducted each month. You choose whether to have the payment made on the 1st or the 15th.

Your EPP amount is reviewed every six months to ensure it is in line with your actual consumption.

Small businesses can set up EPP as long as they are not enrolled with an energy retailer.
