To sign up for paperless billing, you must first register for My Account Online. Once you have set up an online account, just follow these easy steps:
- Log in to My Account Online.
- Click on Profile button from left navigation.
- Select Account List. Scroll down to view your account(s).
- Click eBill Opt-In box. A blue check mark will appear.
- Enter an email address where you would like us to send your eBill.
- Click on 'Done' button.

NOTE: Large commercial customers can sign up for Paperless billing, however their energy consumption data is available through the Large Customer Energy Portal.
