Sign up for Paperless Billing    

To sign up for paperless billing, you must first register for My Account Online. Once you have an account, follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to My Account Online.
  2. Place cursor on Billing tab in header navigation panel and select E-Bill from drop down menu.
  3. Click on "Subscribe to E-Billing".
  4. Click "Submit" to confirm that you no longer want to receive paper bills.
  5. Click "OK". Check your email inbox, to confirm you have received the E-Bill confirmation email. If it doesn't arrive, please Contact Us.

NOTE: Large commercial customers can sign up for Paperless billing, however their energy consumption data is available through the Large Customer Energy Portal.
