To sign up for Paperless Billing:    

To sign up for paperless billing, you must first register for My Account Online. Once you have an account, follow these easy steps:
  1. Log in to My Account Online.
  2. Place cursor on Billing tab in header navigation panel and select E-Bill from drop down menu.
  3. Click on "Paperless Billing".
  4. Click "Submit" to confirm that you no longer want to receive paper bills.
  5. Check your email inbox, to confirm you have received the E-Bill subscription notice. If it doesn't arrive, please Contact Us.

NOTE: Large commercial customers can sign up for Paperless billing, however their energy consumption data is available through the Large Customer Energy Portal.
