If you pay your bill online through your financial institution, please select GrandBridge Energy (Energy+) as the bill payee and include your current account information. DO NOT SELECT (Brantford Power). We are working closely with financial institutions to ensure a consistent solution. Scammers are calling customers to demand immediate account payment & threatening disconnection. GrandBridge Energy does not demand immediate payment or disconnect customers without prior notice. GrandBridge Energy will never telephone/email customers about pending energy rebates or come to your home to inspect your furnace. Do not respond to suspicious emails or phone calls about your account. Do not allow anyone inside your home. Instead, call GrandBridge Energy directly at 519-621-3530 or 1-877-871-2215 to confirm the status of your account and suspicious requests for information.
