Energy+ cares about the communities it serves, and shares the Government's concerns for customers who are facing potential service disconnection due to non-payment.

If you are having difficulty paying your bill, or expect to in the future, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to make payment arrangements. Unpaid bills will follow the collection process, and as a last resort, that leads to disconnection of your service.

A number of options are available to help our customers that are experiencing difficulty paying their bill. Whether it is a short term need that can be met with a one-time payment arrangement, or a longer term solution, such as receiving an on-bill credit from the Ontario Electricity Support Program, you have options.
