Monthly Billing

Energy+ Inc. bills residential and small commercial customers in the City of Cambridge, Township of North Dumfries, and County and Brant on a monthly basis. Some customers in the County of Brant receive monthly bills for hydro, water and waste water.

In 2016, the Ontario Energy Board, our industry regulator, has mandated that all electric utilities in the province move to monthly billing to offer smaller, more manageable payments and timely energy consumption information.

In our Billing section we provide you with an overview of how to understand your hydro bill, tools for analyzing high bills plus a way to view your electricity consumption, day by day and hour by hour, under the Time-of-Use pricing model, as well as information about Retail Energy Contractors.

Paperless billing is a safe, simple and convenient way to receive and view your hydro bill online. Each billing period, we will send you an email notifying you that your bill is ready for viewing. In a few clicks, you can view, print or save your bill, analyze and download current or past bills at your convenience.
