My Account (Online Portal)

GrandBridge Energy (formerly Energy+) offers customers secure access to online tools including My Account Online which includes an online tool to view hourly time-of-use electricity usage, view and pay bills, sign up for eBilling.  Once customers sign up for paperless billing through the secure My Account Online portal, customers will receive an email confirming their successful sign up for paperless billing.  Each time a bill is ready for the customer, they will receive an email advising that the bill is ready to view online.  The email will also contain summary details associated with the customer bill including Account Number, User Name, Due Date of Bill and Amount Due.  Finally, the email will also include a link to securely access the bill by signing into the secure My Account Online portal and a link to current Bill Inserts.

By registering for My Account Online, the customer agrees to ensure that information provided to Energy+ including the email address is correct and current and will notify GrandBridge Energy (formerly Energy+) of any changes to their information.  

Indemnity and Hold Harmless

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Energy+ its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all claims, liability, damages, causes of actions, obligations, losses and/or costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees) arising from the connection to, and use of any aspect of, this web site; a violation of these Terms of Use; or an infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Account and Password Security

Certain parts of this web site may require the customer to enter a password and user name, as part of a registration process. If this applies, the customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and user name and for all activities that occur under the password and user name. The customer agrees to notify GrandBridge Energy (formerly Energy+) immediately of any unauthorized use of his/her password or account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever, as a result of someone else's password or account.
