The Electricity Distributor Scorecard is a tool that measures how well our utility is performing each year.

The scorecard is designed to encourage Ontario's electricity utilities to operate effectively, continually seek ways to improve productivity and focus on improvements that their customers value. For customers, the scorecard allows them to assess for themselves the value of the service received from our organization and learn how well it is performing.  

The scorecard for the year ended December 31, 2017, represents the second year of performance measures reported for the newly amalgamated company, Energy+ Inc.
