Ontario Energy Board Encourages Consumers to Have Their Say - Phase 2 Customer Service Rules Review

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB has launched an online survey to gather input from residential and small business customers on customer service rules relating to billing errors, the opening and closing of accounts, as well as service charges related to the management of customer accounts.  If you are an electricity or gas utility customer, consider completing the survey and provide your views at: www.oeb.ca/customerservicessurvey
