Energy+ continues to deliver to our customers.  What is different is that we are delivering our services in non traditional ways so that we can continue to protect the safety of our customers, the team and the public in our communities.

Essential Rebuild Work Continues - Customers and families rely more than ever on safe, reliable power to study and work from home. Our crews continue working on essential rebuild and maintenance projects in the communities we serve. Brief outages are required in order to work safely. Customers will be notified in advance of all planned outages. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

COVID-19 Energy Assistance Programs (CEAP) on-bill credits for eligible residential, small business and registered charity customers who are struggling to pay their bills due to the ongoing pandemic. Program eligibility has been updated by the Ontario Energy Board and additional funding is available!

COVID-19 Business Energy Support Grants  - To fully offset energy costs as well as property tax for businesses that were required to shut down or restrict services due to provincial public health measures (Red-Control), (Grey-Lockdown) or Provincewide Shutdown (including enhanced measures announced on January 12, 2021).
